Real Living’s 2010 year end Customer Satisfaction Results are in and despite challenging market conditions in 2010 Real Living nationwide maintained an impressive 96% overall customer satisfaction rating. This is several percentage points higher than the industry when compared to the 2010 National Association of Realtors® Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers.
Real Living Real Estate takes the satisfaction of their customers seriously. Through the NAR Profile surveys they are able to compare their results to the industry’s. “As the only real estate franchisor to measure customer satisfaction through a third-party survey company, we hold our agents accountable for the services they provide and ensure that these services meet or exceed the expectations of our customers” said Harley Rouda, president of Real Living Real Estate.
It’s important to note that the questions NAR uses vary slightly from the questions Quality Service Corporation uses for Real Living to measure customer satisfaction. The survey results from home sellers showed overall customer satisfaction on the NAR survey (measuring all Realtors®) to be 86% compared to 96% for Real Living sales associates. For home buyers it was 91% overall satisfaction on the NAR surveys and 96% on Real Living surveys.
On the specific question, “Would Seller use the agent again or recommend the agent to others”, 84% said yes on the NAR survey and 94% said yes on the Real Living survey a difference of 10%. The same question for Buyers gave Real Living an 8% lead over NAR.
